Apparently, being a party planner wasn’t enough… so I’ve accidentally become the girl everyone calls when they need something towed 😂🚚

Over the last few months, I’ve been doing more and more towing jobs for fellow suppliers and vendors across Essex and, quite frankly, I’ve had enough comments about my driving to realise there might be a business in this 🤣

So… The Chief Party Starter now does towing! 💁🏼‍♀️

Horseboxes? Trailers? Event kit? Whatever your precious cargo, I’ve got the licence, the experience and apparently the “surprisingly good reversing skills” to get it where it needs to go 😉

Based in Essex and available for supplier-to-supplier transport, event deliveries, collections and towing jobs.

And yes… I am aware that being a woman who can reverse a trailer seems to be a particularly exciting concept to some men 😂

“Charlotte… why did you leave your safe corporate job?”

One year ago I walked away from my career in quantity surveying.

It was stable.
It was secure.
It was “sensible.”

When I left I had no guarantees. No roadmap. Just a feeling that I was meant for something more creative… more me.

Fast forward 12 months and:

I’ve launched my business (with my first bookings this summer… yay!)
My chronic skin condition is almost non-existent.
We’ve finished our renovation project (more or less!)
I married my best friend.
I’ve had the happiest year of my life.

Betting on myself was scary. But staying where I was would have been scarier.

If you’re sitting on an idea, a dream or a “what if?”… just bloody do it.
