This is the behind-the-scenes stuff that makes the magic look effortless.
Timelines, schedules, delivery windows, power access, seating plans, contingency plans (because British weather exists)… I handle the details so nothing gets missed.
You won’t see the spreadsheets. You’ll just feel the smoothness.
🎀 Pre-Party Set Up
While you’re getting glam and soaking in the excitement, I’ll be onsite making it all happen.
Styling tables, overseeing suppliers, checking every detail, fluffing cushions, lighting candles, and making sure everything looks exactly as it should (or better).
If something needs fixing? I’m already on it.
🥂 On The Day Coordination
This is where you fully switch off. I’m the calm, headset-wearing, sparkle-dressed presence keeping everything running like clockwork. I’ll manage timings, suppliers, surprises, and any unexpected hiccups... all without you even knowing they existed.

Full Planning services start from £4,500.

On The Day Coordination is perfect for you if you've handled the planning but don’t want to be the one answering supplier calls while trying to sip champagne.
In the weeks leading up to your event, I’ll step in to review your plans, confirm final details with suppliers and make sure nothing has been overlooked. Then, on the day itself, I’ll be there to manage logistics, oversee set-up, coordinate timings and quietly handle any unexpected hiccups.
You won’t see the problem-solving. You’ll just feel how smoothly everything flows.
This means no stress. No running around. No delegating jobs to your mum or your bestie.
Just you... fully present and celebrating, exactly as you should be.
On The Day Coordination services start from £1,500.

The Fine Print
So... it's time for the practical but important bits.
Investment
All services are tailored to your event, so pricing is bespoke. Following our initial consultation, you’ll receive a clear proposal outlining scope, services and fees.
But... to give you an idea, full planning services are typically designed for events of around 150–200 guests with a budget of £50,000 or greater. Larger-scale events may require additional coordination support and therefore a higher investment, but this will always be discussed transparently from the outset.
Securing Your Date
Your booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and booking fee. Remaining payments are scheduled in stages and detailed within your contract.
Suppliers & Staffing
Supplier contracts are typically held directly with you, ensuring full transparency. For larger events, additional on-the-day support staff may be required, however this will always be discussed in advance.
Travel
Travel within Essex is included. Events further afield may incur additional costs, agreed ahead of time.
